Aryn Andersen

Aryn Andersen, MA

Aryn is  a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, and a wide range of life experiences. Aryn believes the therapy experience should be a collaborative, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood—without judgment and at your own pace.
Aryn’s therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical strategies for change. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable improvements in daily life.
Aryn strives to meet each person where they are, honoring their unique experiences while offering evidence-based tools to support healing and growth. Aryn’s goal is to help you feel empowered, balanced, and connected—both to yourself and to the life you want to build.
